__Tellegen’s Theorem__**:**

- It states that the algebraic sum of the powers in any circuit at any instant is equal to zero.
- It is applicable to any lumped network having elements which are linear or non-linear, active or passive, time-varying or time-invariant, unidirectional or bi-directional & may contain independent or dependent source.
- Tellegen’s theorem is verified by using KVL or KCL.
